Bergen County real estate, the Sonni way *
Northern Valley real estate, from someone who actually lives here.
I'm Sonni Polifroni, a Bergen County mom of 3, longtime Harrington Park resident, and your go-to realtor for the Northern Valley and Rockland County, NY. Licensed in both NJ & NY.
You're not getting a stranger with a lockbox.
I've spent about a decade helping families buy and sell across Bergen County's Northern Valley (Harrington Park, River Vale, Old Tappan, Norwood, Northvale, Closter, Demarest, and Haworth), plus Rockland County, NY. But more than that, I live this community and grew up in Rockland. I've raised my three kids here since 2018. I coach and sponsor local softball. I've volunteered and led at the school and town level. When I tell you what it's like to live in one of these towns, it's because I'm living it.
I also bring something most agents can't: a designer's and renovator's eye. With a fashion background from FIT, an interior staging certification, and hands-on house-flipping experience, I know how to make a home sell, and how to spot the potential (or the problems) in one you're thinking of buying.
How I can help
Buying Whether you're escaping the city or moving up within the Valley, I'll help you find the right home, including off-market opportunities through my local network that never hit the public sites. Dual-licensed in NJ & NY, so I've got you on both sides of the line.
Selling This is where my design and staging background really pays off. I prep homes to show their absolute best and price them right, so they sell for top dollar. Curious what yours is worth today? Let's talk.
